Ace Hotel Brooklyn - New York

it has attentive, affable staff. all in all they offer excellent service. as for me the food is outstanding, and they have a huge variety of meals. thank you for a really enjoyable stay.

There were a safe box, a mini bar and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room, loved that. The location was marvellous and amazing, around 10-15 minutes walk from a multi - purpose indoor arena.

Everything was exceptional, I loved my stay. I had the a double room which was fashionable and neat for milk in the fridge. The service was friendly, including a smooth check-in. The facilities were clean too. Location: the hotel was very close to the restaurant, subway and downtown Brooklyn. I visited Building on Bond, based near the venue, had dinner there;))

Overall it was good sized for milk in the fridge.

Exquisite hotel, fabulous staff, with a homely atmosphere that included a great coffee shop and friendly bar area to gather, located just a block away from the Hoyt-Schermerhorn Station.

This hotel has a trendy atmosphere with a buzzing lobby and vibrant bar. The bakery is a good perk, alongside friendly staff always ready to assist. While I enjoyed the spacious room and clean accommodations, the subway vibrations were occasionally disruptive. Just a heads-up for light sleepers!

Our room on the 9th floor was spacious and comfy, with a chic retro vibe. Loved the comfy sofa and the view! The location was super convenient, really close to the subway. Great staff and tasty food at the restaurant. The gym was solid too. Plus, big toiletries instead of tiny ones, nice touch!

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. Housekeeping was attentive daily, and I appreciated the large desk and enough power outlets for my devices. The atmosphere was stylish and lively, with convenient access to the subway just minutes away.

The smoked guinea fowl was an absolute knockout, and the local eats like Betty Bakery had me buzzing! Plus, the vibe is so lively, it feels like you're part of the Brooklyn scene. Definitely loved the cozy lounge area for a relaxing nightcap.

The staff was a bit MIA. Felt more like ghosts roaming about. Housekeeping didn't refresh the consumables, and the lack of a coffee maker was a letdown. Plus, that late-night fire alarm had everyone panicking without a word.

Super quiet room, but the bar closes too early.
